“I first heard about chi kung at a seminar for trauma therapy in may 2012. When I came across the advertisement for chi kung classes by Heike, I was so excited that it was taking place locally in Walthamstow. I had no expectations what so ever prior to attending my first class, I went in with an open mind and the willingness to explore.
